Mel Hayes's Bio:

Hailing from Chicago, Melvin Hayes set out to provide support to non-profit organization alike through his vast experience within business development, entrepreneurship and leadership. As a recent graduate of G.S.U, Melvin completed his undergraduate degree in Business Administration. A desire to experience faraway places and learn new languages led him to the study abroad program in Poland.   A business, not unlike the human body, is a wonderful organism. We act as a one entity, although there are many processes that keep us alive. Our hearts beat, our neural cells connect, and our lungs breathe…if any of these processes would fail, we will lose the synergy and the entire body would suffer.   In much the same way, every process within a business is interconnected, so there is a strong need for a confident and experienced figure that could focus on a vision; on a common target.   Currently, Mr. Hayes is striving to maintain is academic excellence and outstanding grades in graduate school, while pursuing opportunities as an entrepreneur, having co-founded the King's man Initiative a City Colleges of Chicago  psycho-educational program, catering to males students.  Mr. Hayes designed and implemented community service opportunities, mentoring, academic support, career development, and workshops that promote academic, social and personal success.    With such a mindset and with the expertise learned through his experince, Mr. Hayes is certainly working to help young gentleman’s full potential as a leader and the full productivity of business endeavors. Forming and maintaining clear lines of communication throughout the institution allows for enhanced business practices.     Re-branding: Worked with the agency's former NFL players to establish and retool their brand with Fortune 500 companies and small businesses to establish retail franchise. Directed an external market research group to identify key trends and issues with the starting of 3 franchises. Judgment Decision-Making: Coordinated and managed the implementation of start-up franchises of 2 former N.F.L players.
